Policy Updates
(Applies to all photoshoot types and sessions)

We truly value every client who chooses to book with us. Photography is not just our passion — it is our livelihood and what helps support our family. We always place our full faith and trust in our clients to attend their scheduled sessions.

This policy is simply in place to protect our time, our business, and the availability we reserve especially for you.

This policy also applies to wedding payment plans. If payment is due within 24 hours of the scheduled payment date and the contract is cancelled, any outstanding payments required under the terms of the contract will remain payable.

Payment Due Prior to Session

• Full payment for all photography sessions is required no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

• Payment confirms and secures your booking. Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in your appointment being cancelled and the session time being offered to another client.

• Once payment has been made within the 24-hour period prior to your session, the cancellation policy will apply. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur the applicable cancellation fee.

• This policy helps us protect the time reserved specifically for you and ensures the smooth running of our business.

• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their session at no charge if notice is given more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

• If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the client will be responsible for 100% of the total session fee.

No-Shows

• If a client does not attend their scheduled session and fails to provide notice, it will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows will be responsible for 100% of the total session fee.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may have their session time shortened in order to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings.

• Full session fees will still apply.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and no-show policy.
